Our sales team is the driving force behind the marketing of our medical technology and the maintenance of our customer relationships. It supports customers in finding the best medical technology for their needs and is the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
APPLICATION
The application experts in our team play a crucial role in the introduction and integration of our medical technology in hospitals and medical facilities. They work closely with customers to ensure that the technology is utilised optimally and that individual requirements are met.
TECHNICAL FIELD SERVICE
Our technical field service staff are experts in the installation, maintenance and repair of our medical systems. They are on site to ensure that our devices function properly and meet the highest quality standards.
INTERNAL SERVICE
Our office team forms the backbone of our organisational processes, taking care of administrative tasks, processing orders and coordinating appointments to ensure that everything runs like clockwork.
