History
Sanova Pharma is a company with over 70 years of history in the healthcare sector. Our roots go back to the first half of the 20th century, when we were still known as Schoeller Pharma.
1998
Salus Braumapharm and Schoeller-Pharma merged to form Sanova Pharma GesmbH.
2001
the company moved into its current offices at Haidestraße 4 in Vienna-Simmering together with Herba-Chemosan Apotheker-AG. Logistics and marketing services were offered and carried out for the first time for the pharmaceutical industry in the representative business.
2017
saw the merger of Menges Medizintechnik with Sanova.
2018
Sanova purchased the Ökopharm product range.
Today
Herba Chemosan Apotheker-AG and thus also Sanova Pharma GesmbH are purely Austrian companies. Since February 1, 2022, the new owners are the Management Board of Herba Chemosan and Invest AG.
Sanova Pharma GesmbH currently employs over 200 people at 4 locations in Austria, the Czech Republic and Switzerland. In addition, we look after several countries in Eastern Europe and Asia from Austria.
