Milestones
Sanova’s roots go back to the first half of the 20th century, when we were still known as Schoeller Pharma. The diagnostics department of Schoeller Pharma is the origin of the present-day medical systems department.
2003
saw the founding of Menges Medizintechnik GmbH.
2008
Menges Medizintechnik moved to the new site in Gallspach, Upper Austria.
2010
the subsidiary MeMed CZ s.r.o. was founded, based in Prag.
2014
a further milestone was reached with the foundation of Menges Medizintechnik Schweiz AG.
2017
saw the merger of Menges Medizintechnik with Sanova.
2022
Sanova Pharma GesmbH becomes again a purely Austrian company. Since February 1, 2022, the new owners are the Management Board of Herba Chemosan and Invest AG Upper Austria.
Today
Sanova Medical Systems is one of the leading medical technology suppliers to hospitals, laboratories and a large number of other healthcare facilities and has made a name for itself as a company offering outstanding, customer-driven service.
